In the case of vacancies in the company, employees can also apply for transfer between the company departments according to their wishes.
1. Employee promotion can be divided into promotion between the employee department and promotion between the employee departments:
  (1) Promotion in the employee department: refers to the change of the position of the employee in the department. The manager of each department shall, after the assessment according to the actual situation of the department, make specific arrangements and report it to the General Department for filing. 
    (2) Promotion between the company's employee departments: The flow of employees between the various departments within the company, after the assessment is required to be transferred to the department, the “Employee Promotion (Transfer) Form” must be filled in, and the supervisor of the involved department approves and reports After approval by the general manager or the general manager's authorized person, it shall be submitted to the General Department for filing.
2、Promotion is divided into three types   
  (1) Promotion of positions and promotion of salary  
  (2) Position promotion, salary unchanged  
  (3) The position remains unchanged and the salary is promoted  
3. The form of employee promotion is divided into regular or irregular   
  (1) Regular: The company conducts unified promotion of employees at the end of the year according to the company's business conditions. 
  (2) Irregular: In the annual work, employees who have made special contributions to the company and performed well will be promoted at any time.   
  (3) During the probationary period, those who have excellent work performance during the trial period shall be recommended by the trial department and promoted in advance.
